At Lunar Luxe, we take pride in crafting each soap, lip balm, and body soufflé with care, love, and high-quality natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.


Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mylunarluxe@gmail.com. We will review your request and work with you to make it right.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered in the case of defective or damaged items. If your order qualifies, we will provide instructions for returning the product and sending a replacement.


Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
